Inspire.Create. Stamping Challenges Challenge 123

Hello and welcome to another Inspire.Create Stamping Challenge. I am Karen Farquhar from Australia. This week the design team have been set a sketch challenge. I love sketch challenges.

For my submission I have used the gorgeous stripe paper from the Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper in the July- December Mini Catalogue. You may miss this paper as you are browsing the catalogue as it is a hostess reward for the lovely people who hold a party and gain $250 AUD in sales. This is another card I have created using the same Designer Series pack.

Inspire.Create.Stamping Challenges Challenge #105

Hello and welcome to Inspire.Create Stamping Challenges #105. I am Karen Farquhar from Australia and we have a great sketch challenge for you today.

For today's challenge I have created a coordinating card set ie. a regular size greeting card, a gift card and 2 gift tags.

I have used the Specialty Designer Series Paper Whimsy & Wonder from Stampin' Up!s retiring July-December 2021 Mini Catalogue and the Poinsettia Dies from their Annual Catalogue. 

 

I have added a little Wink of Stella (maybe not just a little) to the flowers to add a little sparkle.

Inspire.Create. Stamping Challenges Challenge #075

Hello and welcome to todays's Inspire, Create. Stamping Challenge #075. I am Karen Farquhar and we have a sketch challenge for you today.

It was hubby's Birthday this week so I have created this little card for him using the sketch. The stamp set is Senior Years and I like the colour combo used in the annual catalogue so I CASEd it.

My next card is for my Mum who sadly said goodbye to her little pet dog this week.

Inspire.Create. Stamping Challenges Challenge #047

Hello and welcome I am Karen Farquhar from Australia and thank you for joining me today for Inspire. Create Stamping Challenge #047.

Challenge #047 is a Sketch Challenge.

The card I have created for this challenge was meant to be I think. I was digging through some draws at home and I found these party dinosaur table sprinkles left over from one of my children's birthday parties. Straight away I had a lightbulb moment. Given the design of this week's sketch challenge I thought aha a dinosaur shaker card and here it is. 

The original card was first designed by my friend and a very talented Australian demonstrator Louise Sharp. Here is the link if you would like to view her video on how to construct the card. 

To create the card I have used the Dinoroar Suite from the 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue. The little guy above has been die cut from the Dinosaur Designer Series Paper. Such a cute suite. Perfect for children's Dinosaur themed parties.

The cartoon images are so playful and fun with beautiful colours of greens and blues as well as pretty pinks. Because little girls like dinosaurs too.

I couldn't resist snapping this photo of my Granddaughter roaring when she found a dinosaur hidden inside the egg.

 For the above card I stamped the dinosaur image from the Dino Days stamp set. But for my card below and gift tags I have featured the dinosaurs from the Dinoroar Designer Series Paper which were easily cropped with the coordinating dies in the Dinoroar Bundle. 

Die cut dinosaurs and some stamped images complete these simple little gift tags. Note the gorgeous new denim ribbon.
