Inspire.Create. Stamping Challenges #189|Spring/Easter

 Hello and welcome to another Inspire.Create Stamping Challenge. I am Karen Farquhar from Australia. This week we have been set the theme challenge Spring/Easter

For my submission today I chose the gorgeous Storybook Moments Suite. I designed for my March Stamp Club ladies. This darling suit is not only suitable for Easter gift giving but baby cards/scrapbooking, thank you cards, to accompany gifts from the garden or garden scrapbooking. To name a few. So versatile and sweet.

I used Stampin' Up's Book Treat Boxes and filled them with  six 6.5cm x 8.5cm gift cards. I didn't stamp any sentiments as some club members don't celebrate Easter. However the suite comes with a number of sentiments that could be stamped inside their cards.

Or alternatively the boxes could be given as a treat filled with easter eggs or chocolates.

I have also made some die free folded carrot treat boxes using the coordinating 6" x 6" Timeless Plaid Designer Series paper from the suite. If you would like a copy of the instructions email me and I'd be happy to get a copy to you.

Inspire.Create. Stamping Challenges #145|Theme Baby or Child

Hello and welcome to another Inspire.Create Stamping Challenge. I am Karen Farquhar from Australia. This week we have been set a Baby or Child theme

I thought I would have a play with the Carousel Horses stamp set. I have stamped out the images and used it with the gorgeous Designer Series Paper from the Beautiful Balloons Suite. This is the front of my card.  

But the inside reveals a surprise Twist and Pop insert. Here is the link to the tutorial I have used from Taffy Crafting. I thought this would be a fun little element to add to a children's card. I do apologise for the poor quality of my photographs I had a lot of trouble as the Fresh Freesia colour kept bleeding into my background.

My next two cards are fun little shaker cards one for child and one for a new arrival.

Inspire.Create. Stamping Challenge #023

Hello and welcome. You are currently visiting Karen Farquhar from Australia for the Inspire.Create Stamping Challenges. For challenge #23 we have a sketch challenge. I love sketch challenges as half the creating is done for you.

For this challenge I have created 2 cards a boy and a girl version using the Little Elephant Stamp Set and Elephant Builder Punch Bundle.  I love, love, love this cute Little Elephant bundle that is why I decided to use it once again this week. Perfect not only for baby cards but also adults who love elephants. And who doesn't?

 Twinkle Twinkle is the name of the Designer Series Paper I have used which coordinates with the Little Twinkle Bundle. Another very sweet set. 

Looking at this week's sketch I felt it lent itself to a scrapbook page design so our newest family member managed to get a starring roll again for my project.
