Inspire.Create. Stamping Challenges Challenge #096

Hello and welcome to Inspire.Create Stamping Challenges #096. I am Karen Farquhar from Australia and we have a CASE the Designer challenge for you today. The designer we are casing is one of our very clever and creative Inspire.Create team members Denita Wright-Smee.
Denita is very special to me as she is not only a member of my Stampin' Up! team but a very dear friend who provides never ending inspiration and encouragement to me.

For my projects I have used Denita's layout but swapped out the pretty Hand-Penned designer series paper Denita has used for the Expressions in Ink  Designer Series Paper and her Penned Flowers dies for the beautiful Artistic dies.

With my daughter's birthday this week I needed to make a special Birthday card for her. As we are in lockdown and unable to shop I created an extra long card to hold a gift voucher for our local beauty salon. I am sure she will enjoy a bit of pampering once we can get out and about again.

I hope you have been inspired by my projects. Please you are more than welcome to enter your projects for the Inspire.Create Challenges here.  We really would love to see your creations. Note we need your projects submitted by 10am. (UK time) Sunday.
Also hop over for a visit to see the projects of other talented stampers here.

Inspire.Create Stamping Challenges Theme: Floral Challenge #024

Hello and welcome to this weeks Inspire.Create Stamping Challenges. The theme for challenge #024 is 'Floral'. There are so many beautiful floral designer series papers, stamp sets and framelits dies in the Stampin' Up! product range the difficult part for me was to decide which to use. But the Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper and the Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper won hands down. The floral images are actual flowers photographed by the team at Stampin' Up! home office. Who have also released a YouTube video on how the Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper was designed. If you would like to view the video you can click on the link here.

To showcase just a few more of the  Stampin' Up! floral products I have made some extra simple projects using the same colour combinations.

To make the chocolate gift box I have die cut 4 roses side by side from the Botanical Tags Thinlits along the long edge of a 2" x 8 1/4" strip of Very Vanilla cardstock, wound the strip around a Clear Tiny Treat Box and adhered the 2 ends of the cardstock together where they meet at the sides. Gold Metallic-Edge Ribbon and a leaf sprig complete the gift.
For the pillow box I have cut a pattern from a Kraft Pillow Box in cardstock and then covered the cardstock pillow box in designer series paper. The rose was cut with the Botanical Tag Thinlits as an embellishment.
The gift tag was also die cut with the Botanical Tag Thinlits. I then added an underlay of designer series paper to highlight the rose diecut.

Thank you for visiting me today. You are more than welcome to enter your projects for the Inspire.Create Stamping Challenges here. We would love to see your creations. Also pop over for a visit to see the projects of other talented stampers.
