Inspire.Create Stamping Challenges Challenge #195/Water



 Hello and welcome to another Inspire.Create Stamping Challenge. I am Karen Farquhar from Australia. This week we have been set the theme challenge 'Water'.

For my submission I have chosen to use the All Zipped Up Dies for a fisherman's vest card. I then dressed it up with some feathers and die cuts from the Gone Fishing Die set.
Lots of fun to create with plenty of zippered and buttoned pockets for the avid fisherman to store his gear.
A great card for your favourite fisherman or fisherwoman. 





 A few weeks ago I created this card for my nephew, a supporters jacket card for his beloved local football side. I used the All Zipped Up Dies for this one as well. It was a winner with him.

Inspire.Create. Stamping Challenges Challenge #194


Hello and welcome to Inspire.Create Stamping Challenge #194. I am Karen Farquhar from Australia. Today our challenge is 'A Project with a Window'. 

Normally I would create a shaker card when creating a window project or a box with a window in it but I was constructing the gorgeous Stampin' Up! Cherry Blossom Treat Boxes Kit for Mother's Day gifts and fell I love with the cherry blossom stamp set included in the kit. 
I knew I had this challenge coming up so I used the stamp set to create these cards to coordinate with my gift boxes.



 



    I forgot to photograph my gift boxes before I gave them away so this is an image from the Stampin' Up website. They were so pretty and so easy to put together.
The kit includes everything you need to make 12 projects with step by step instructions. The Stampin' Up! kits are a great idea for novice crafters or for quick and easy gifts.
